On 7 August, 2017, VTC held a seminar to explain VTC policy and enhanced measures to comply with copyright ordinance. This may affect instructors in preparing their teaching material in the new academic year; esp. copyrighted material could not be copied or distributed either in print form or online. Students may also need to understand copyright rules to adjust their expectations from the instructors in providing learning material. Learning Commons will organize two workshops in providing more details about VTC policy and measures for compliance with copyright ordinance.
