About the Event :
- What are the characteristics of students nowadays? What are the strategies of engaging and managing the students? Effective classroom management helps to keep students organised, focused, on the task and academically productive in a class. In the workshop, some principles of classroom management to engage students will be discussed. Participants also have the opportunity to share their challenges and wisdom in managing students in both face-to-face class and online class.

Intended Learning Outcomes :
- By the end of the workshop, participants would be able to:
- reflect on the characteristics of students nowadays in both face-to-face class and online class; and
- discuss key principles of classroom management to engage students.
