The programme offers an integrated understanding of the regulatory controls enforced under the trade description ordinance in relation to various prescribed unfair trade practices and the enforcement strategies of Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. All staff and students are welcome to attend for a better understanding of how to handle intellectual property rights in their daily teaching and learning in higher education.
