Leganto Reading Lists: Finish a List

Use this guide to create reading lists via Leganto

Send the Reading List to LRC

When the Reading List is finished, you can send it to LRC and the Subject/Campus Librarian will review it to ensure the items are available or the links are working properly. LRC is not automatically notified when a Reading List is published or updated in Leganto. We recommend sending a list for review if,

- You have created a brand new Reading List;
- You have added new resources to your Reading List;
- You expect LRC to take action, e.g. request additional copies or digitization
- You would like us to check the links in your Reading List

You will receive notification for the Reading List updates. Click "Bell sign" on the top right corner and the notification window pop-up. You can filter the notifications by Reading List.

You can also view the Reading List and Citation status

Publish a Reading List

When the Librarian has finished reviewing a Reading List, "Publish" it by clicking the "..." icon to open the options menu. This ensures the reading list is visible to students. When LRC staff is finished processing your list, they will check to see if it is published. If it isn't, they will change it from Draft to Published. Visibility can also be managed by Start and End Dates.
