學習資源中心為方便視障人仕學習，在中心的地下及一樓均設有視障人仕專用的電腦；電腦安裝了Chinese JAWS for Windows及晨光軟件，並設有點字顯示器，方便視障人仕學習及瀏覽互聯網之用。

There are Braille Display Unit (Power Braille 40) and the Chinese JAWS for Windows for the visually impaired users on both G/F and 1/F.  Users can use the equipment and the computer for learning and listening to the Chinese and English contents of the Internet webpages.

此外，為提升對視障人仕的服務，本中心近入口處安裝了一座新型號的閱讀放大器。新型號除可使用放大器調校閱讀文章的字體大小，背景顏色及深淺光暗外，還有讀字發聲設備。使用人仕如需協助，可與中心流通處當值職員聯絡。

To better facilitate the visually impaired students, a Merlin CCTV with clear pictures and text-to-speech function has been setup in the LRC on the G/F since 20 August 2014. The machine can capture the characters of a document and display them on a monitor with the size of fonts adjustable, it can also read any printed text aloud to assist students’ reading and study.  Students could contact our Counter Staff for assistance when necessary.
