Click "Journal Search" from the top navigation menu on the Summon homepage. 
It will direct you to the following page, type the journal title or ISSN to search the journal. You may also select the subject category on the left hand side to search the journal.

Click “Communication Source” under the “View Online”.
You may now read the journal by selecting the issues on the right hand side.
