Select the title on the result page, then click “request” on the Full Record Display.
Press “Sign in” under “Get it”. You need to login with your CNA account or 14-digit barcode according to your identification in VTC.

After login your account, click “Request”, you need to choose the pickup location which prefer. After selecting the pickup location, click “SEND REQUEST”

If successful, “Your request was successfully placed” green color massage will appear under the “get it”.
