Step 1) Click the title on the result page to see the Full Record Display

Step 2) Press “Sign in”  

Step 3) Login with CNA account or 14-digit barcode according to VTC identification

Step 4) click “Request” 

Step 5) Select the pickup location

Step 6) click “SEND REQUEST”

Step 7) If successful, message “Your request was successfully placed” will appear  

Step 8) An “On Hold Shelf Letter” will be emailed to you when the book is available for pick-up
