Digital Commons Network is a centralized index open network, which encompasses hundreds of millions of records of global or regional significance that are harvested from universities and colleges worldwide. Curated by university librarians and their supporting institutions, the Network includes a growing collection of peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, dissertations, conference proceedings, and other original scholarly work. Ten categories of major academic disciplines are set out with further division into hundreds of delicate sub-categorized subjects.
