惡劣天氣下職業訓練局學習資源中心/學習共享空間/圖書館安排

• 中心開放前，天文台發出八號或以上熱帶氣旋/黑色暴雨警告信號或「極端情況」公布*，各中心將不會開放。
• 中心開放期間， 如天文台發出黑色暴雨警告信號，各中心會如常開放。
• 天文台發出八號或以上預警後，各中心將於二小時內停止服務。
• 當天文台宣布八號或以上熱帶氣旋/黑色暴雨警告信號/「極端情況」除下時，各中心安排如下:

* 當颱風造成公共交通癱瘓、大面積水浸、嚴重山泥傾瀉或廣泛停電等嚴重問題時，政府會宣布「極端情況」生效。

有關惡劣天氣下，個別院校學習資源中心或學習共享空間的開放安排，請致電各中心或參閱其網頁或社交媒體頻道。

Adverse weather Arrangement VTC LRC, LC and Library

• If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / “Extreme Condition” announcement* is issued before the LRC opens, the LRC will remain closed.
• If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted when the LRC is open, the LRC will remain open.
• If Pre-No.8 Special Announcement is issued when the LRC is open, the LRC will be closed within two hours after the announcement.
• If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / “Extreme Condition” is lowered within the opening hours of the LRC, the following arrangement will be effective:

* When a typhoon causes severe problems such as public transport breakdown, widespread flooding, major landslides or massive power outage, the Government will announce that “Extreme Conditions” are in effect.
